A little expensive, but it’s a five-star hotel at the end of the day. The lady at the reception spoke English fluently. The room was spacious. The hotel was quiet. We had a great view of the city.

Spacious rooms, very good breakfast, great shower and water pressure (wasn’t as good last year). Friendly staff, especially the room cleaning staff are very kind and responsive. Very good hotel overall, would definitely recommend.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights, the price was very good the room was spacious the staff were nice the location was perfect, the worst thing was the towels .. old and worn out, I would give this hotel 4 stars .

Very perfect, albeit non-functioning of spa, gym due to recent floods occurred in the city, which is understandable, cleanness was perfect thanks to lady named Yeliz, she was spotless in her work

Reception service is slow, the room is missing some things like tissues, toothbrush, liquid hand soap is out of stock! And I asked them to provide us with some imperfect things, and they were not brought until an hour later
